Police Aviation conducts rescue operations in Muscat

Muscat: Police aviation successfully carried out two rescue operations in Muscat Governorate, transporting individuals in need of urgent medical care to Khoula Hospital.

In one incident, a French tourist was airlifted from the mountains of Wilayat Boushar after sustaining injuries from a fall during mountain climbing. The timely intervention ensured he received the necessary treatment.

Earlier, police aviation transported an Omani woman from the Black Mountain in Wilayat Qurayyat to Khoula Hospital following a deterioration in her health due to a snakebite.

Both rescue operations highlight the readiness and efficiency of the police aviation unit in responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety and welfare of individuals in critical situations.
